新加坡特许会计师协会（ISCA）
新加新加坡特许会计师协会(ISCA)是新加坡国家权威会计机构，拥有超过46,000名ISCA会员，在新加坡和世界各地的各行各业取得了长足的进步。ISCA会员遍布40多个国家和地区，新加坡以外的会员可通过10个国家和地区的12个海外分会获得支持。ISCA成立1963年，是该行业利益的倡导者。ISCA运用其领域专长、知识和与不同利益相关者的联系，其全球视野与亚洲视野相得益彰，为会计行业的进步做出贡献。
ISCA管理新加坡特许会计师资格认证(SCAQ)，并且是授予新加坡特许会计师(CA Singapore)的唯一授衔机构。ISCA是全球特许会计师(组织)的成员，是一个汇聚全球精英、由来自190多个国家和地区的180多万特许会计师和学生组成的大家庭。

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) is the national accountancy body of Singapore with over 46,000 ISCA members making their stride in businesses across industries in Singapore and around the world. ISCA members can be found in over 40 countries and members based out of Singapore are supported through 12 overseas chapters in 10 countries.
Established in 1963, ISCA is an advocate of the interests of the profession. Complementing its global mindset with Asian insights, ISCA leverages its regional expertise, knowledge, and networks with diverse stakeholders to contribute towards the advancement of the accountancy profession.
ISCA administers the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification programme and is the Designated Entity to confer the Chartered Accountant of Singapore – CA (Singapore) – designation.
ISCA is a member of Chartered Accountants Worldwide, a global family that brings together the members of leading institutes to create a community of over 1.8 million Chartered Accountants and students in more than 190 countries.

新加坡特许会计师协会（英文：Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants，简称ISCA）是新加坡国家级会计师组织，成立于1963年。该协会前身为1963年成立的注册会计师协会（ICPAS），截至2024年全球拥有超过36000名会员，分布于40多个国家。ISCA 是全球特许会计师 (组织)的成员，是一个汇聚全球精英、由 来自 190 多个国家和地区的 180 多万特许会计师和学生组成的大家庭。作为 新加坡会计领域的专业组织，我们长期以来致力于推动会计行业的专业发展与 国际交流。ISCA 已在中国设立上海代表处和江苏代表处，并成立了两个新加 坡专业服务联盟。依托专业服务联盟中心的平台，定期举办各类大中小型交流 分享活动，积极为会计行业的发展贡献力量。目前财语财思信息咨询公司已与ISCA签署ALA合作协议，与ISCA展开全面合作。
